Precast Bollard

PROVIDES THE POWER OF REINFORCED CONCRETE AND THE RESILIENCE OF POLYETHYLENE.

The Precast Bollard will eliminate the required maintenance of painting and priming steel pipes. The Precast Bollard is a polyethylene piece of pipe, with a domed top, that is designed to have concrete poured into it for added strength. It's purpose is to provide protection to areas or structures. We have seen many people get an old piece of weld pipe or something similar and throw concrete into it. Whether they decide to paint it or not, before too long, it becomes a real eye sore. Why paint and have any maintenance to a bollard at all, life is to short to go back and rework bollards, just do it right the first time, with the maintenance free Precast Bollard.

Precast Bollard with Base

The Precast Bollard with base is available in 4" & 7.5" Diameters. Designed with a square 23" x 23" base for free standing applications. Overall height is about 5' but can be altered. The Precaster just adds concrete and Rebar. This Bollard can be buried or left free standing on top of the traffic surface.

EZ Sleeve

The EZ Sleeve is designed to go over existing steel posts. This will eliminate maintenance fees associated with keeping your bollards visual and looking nice. Simply measure the outside diameter of your existing pipe and match that to the EZ sleeve that fits that diameter.

Sizes: 4.25", 4.5", 6", 7", and 8.75"

*All sizes are based on the I.D. of the sleeve which would be the O.D. of the steel pipe it is covering.
